The system's call processing engine doubles as an application server. It delivers standard features that range from auto-attendant/voice mail to unified messaging and TAPI-enabled Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). The call processor scales up to 12 auto-attendant voice messaging ports and 80 hours of storage via software upgrades.
